At Blossom Tree Montessori, we cater for children aged 6 months - 5 years. We are open for 50 weeks of the year, 8am-6pm. Our dedicated staff team is at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on fostering a nurturing, supportive environment where each member of our team can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on children’s early learning journeys. We are very passionate about staff development as we believe that investing in our team’s training not only enhances their professional skills but also enriches the experience and quality of care we provide to our children. The growth of our nursery is always providing our staff with opportunities of progression and when we are recruiting for new roles, we always look at promoting in house first. We feel that by fostering an environment where staff are supported in reaching their full potential, we not only strengthen our team but also build a culture of enthusiasm and dedication - qualities that have a positive impact on our children. We follow the Montessori philosophy, nurturing children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through exploration and imaginative play.
