Building on the local and global success of the existing joint venture in the Land sector - NUROL Holding and BAE Systems has joined forces again, to establish a new company (BNA - Nurol BAE Systems Air Systems Inc.) to grow indigenous capability in the Turkish Aerospace and Defense Industry. NUROL Holding as the majority shareholder, BNA intends to capitalise on the strengths of both shareholders, utilising NUROL’s established local position and infrastructure alongside BAE Systems’ experience. BNA intends to become a high-end systems integrator for local and international aviation platforms, achieving this through: the establishment of local R&D programmes; delivering design-work packages; and building local capabilities.
