Le BNIC, Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac, représente, développe et protège l’Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Cognac en France et dans le monde. Dans plus de 150 pays où le cognac est présent, cette AOC confère au consommateur la garantie d’une eau-de-vie d’exception. Composé à parité de professionnels de la viticulture et du négoce, le BNIC est le lieu de concertation et de décision de près de 4 400 viticulteurs, 130 bouilleurs de profession et 270 négociants de l’appellation. Le BNIC agit au service de l’intérêt de ceux qui font le cognac et de ceux qui le consomment, dans une préoccupation constante de responsabilité vis-à-vis de tous les publics de l’appellation.
