The Bocuse d’Or Academy Australia was formed to select, train and organise the Australian team for the prestigious and elite Bocuse d'Or world culinary contest. Consisting of a Candidate, Commis Chef, Coach, Jury Member, Team Manager and President, the Australian team will journey to Lyon in France this January to compete in the Bocuse d'Or Grand Finale - one of just 24 teams worldwide selected to do so.
