Certified by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a Fitness Professional. I've worked with clients of all ages, male and female. And while I have trained and consulted with a varied clientele, from general fitness, military members, professional athletes, and everyone in-between, my passion and focus is on those in special populations. Us baby-boomers are not going down without a fight. And neither are those with auto-immune diseases such as MS, Parkinson's, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, diabetes, etc. If you are confined to a wheelchair (not a quadriplegic, sorry) and think you can't make gains, please call me. (if you are not in a special populations category that's okay. I will consider working with you based on my availability and your needs.) I am not here to provide a cure, nor the fountain of youth.
