The mission of Bold Gold Media Group is to provide community focused broadcast programming for our entire listening area and contribute positively to the growth and development of the region through the power of local radio. Locally owned, operated and programmed, Bold Gold was founded in 2005, with the purpose and aim of becoming the preeminent radio broadcast group in Northeast Pennsylvania and the Catskill Mountains of New York. Bold Gold serves three primary regions: The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area, The Pocono Lake Region (or Northern Pocono Mountains); and the Catskill Mountains of New York. Bold Gold has a total of nine full power radio stations. Combined, Bold Gold's 9 full power radio stations and 15 total broadcast frequencies have one of the largest broadcast footprints in the region. The Group's strategic location of stations offers clients and listeners alike a very unique and powerful broadcast experience. Synergizing the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Market (the 71st largest radio market in the country) with the Pocono Lake Region and the Catskill Mountains of NY, while still maintaining localized community programming, is the vision that is Bold Gold Media.
