boys & girls clubs of maui, inc.

For 15 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui has worked hard to make life better for the Maui's kids. Much more than just a fun place to "hang out," Clubs offer proven programs run by caring adult mentors. Our six safe and fun Clubhouses are located in Kahului, Haiku, Kahekili Terrace (State Public Housing), Lahaina, Makawao and Paukukalo (Hawaiian Home Lands). Club fees are $5 per youth annually or $10 for a family with two or more kids. Scholarships are available for families who need assistance. Clubs are open whenever school is out -- after-school on weekdays, during breaks and all summer long -- when kids have free time and need positive, productive outlets. Free bus transportation to and from the clubs is offered in partnership with MEO. Getting involved with the Clubs leads to many possibilities. Here are some ways to give and get involved with BGCM: Join the Staff: You can make a difference every day. Become an employee and help change, and even, save lives. Volunteer: You can help in so many ways. Lead an art class, teach the kids carpentry, share your tech skills, help a youth with their homework or volunteer in our office. No matter what your talent, you'll find something that fits your niche. Donate: You have the power to save a child's life. The cost to provide services is over $900 per year. Help us fill that gap by making a donation. Every dollar helps provide services to the kids in our community who need us most.
