Breakform Realty Ventures, LLC ("BREAKFORM | RE"​) is an award winning, fully integrated real estate private equity investment company that focuses on investing opportunistically within areas of the real estate asset classes with the greatest amount of dislocation and fragmentation. Currently we operate and invest in three distinct business lines: * We manage and operate a vertically integrated residential redevelopment company and private equity funds and syndications focused on the prime, core and urban infill areas of coastal Southern California, especially the "Silicon Beach"​ area of Venice Beach, Los Angeles CA. * We own, operate and manage Manufactured Workforce Housing Communities / Mobile Home Parks and a associated funds and syndications focused on the municipal workforce, in and around municipalities with strong balance sheets, a growing workforce, good school districts and rising land values. * We partner with best of breed operators and developers in the student housing, senior living, market rate multi-family, data storage and logistics, and LIHTC asset classes by co-investing in the Sponsor/General Partner Equity stack of their projects on a programmatic basis.
