Briccodolce is a family company, run entirely by women. We produce biscuits: artisanal made, high quality, without chemical preservatives and using selected raw material. In our production laboratory in Borgaretto (Torino) we use both traditional recipes of the classical pastry from our region and original ones, sweet and savoury, studied by us. The most of our production is sold in single dose packaging studied for the inflight's and railway's market. In orded to satisfy our customers needs we are always ready to develop and to adapt our products as well as our packaging. Regarding the retail market our product sold in our shop and through salesman in Italy and in Europe, are entirely hand packaged and mostly handmade. Our raw materials are carefully selected from those company who share with us the same passion and respect for nature. Passion is a key value, the one that guides us in order to reach our main goal: to produce healthy, good and beautiful biscuits.
