Every aspect of every member is critical to the success of the academy. There are four cornerstones that BFA will be very focused on nurturing that is core to the program technical, physical, psychological and social. At BFA we are committed to training the British way, we have three distinct training groups each split into age appropriate teams and training groups to maximise each players potential. Every aspect of every member is critical to the success of the academy. A key message for us is children will be treated as children first, and football players second. It is very important to us that children enjoy playing football and are well developed socially and psychologically. Once this has been achieved, children can then work to develop their technical, tactical & physical.
