BroadFutures

BroadFutures is a non-profit providing holistic training, mentoring and meaningful transitional work experiences for young adults with learning disabilities to empower their potential for positive and successful futures. Our approach incorporates a unique focus on stress tolerance, flexibility and social supports. Our program encompasses a 2 week orientation period followed by 7 to 9 week internships. The internships will generally be 20 to 25 hours a week, 4 days a week with one day a week of training and meeting with BroadFutures' staff. We intend to initially serve the greater Washington Metropolitan region. Replication to a national scope is intended once success is achieved locally. Founders: Diana Eisenstat, Bradley P.
