Founded on June 14, 1955, the company originated from the initiative of lawyer Thales Brognoli, a young recent graduate who began managing his family's properties by renting them out, collecting payments, and handling eviction actions. With each new segment, we diversified our services to better serve our clients. The company currently operates throughout the Florianópolis region, with a strategically located store in the center of the island. Our main focus is on real estate sales and offering property solutions through fast and intelligent services aimed at simplifying people's lives. Business Aligned with Technology In recent years, Brognoli has embraced the tech ecosystem of Santa Catarina and joined the open innovation program of the Santa Catarina Association of Technology (ACATE), aiming to connect with startups that have the potential to address the pain points and challenges faced by the company in the ever-evolving market. In just over five years, Brognoli has evolved from a zero-to-one open innovation project to become a developer of startups, businesses, and out-of-the-box entrepreneurs for the real estate market.
