Bromsgrove and Redditch Network

Were a network supporting volunteers and community organisations across Bromsgrove and Redditch. Were the voice of the voluntary sector, support local communities, and help with networking, information, funding and volunteering. Bromsgrove and Redditch Network is the local Council for Voluntary Service, supportingvolunteering and community organisations across Bromsgrove and Redditch. We also operate the local Volunteer Centre (one of only two accredited centres in the County). We run innovative projects such as bite-sized volunteering for those who struggle with committing to regular volunteering, and volunteering to gain skills for work for people looking for employment, or hoping to improve their CV. These projects have helped boost confidence, reduce isolation, and improve quality of life for those involved. Where gaps exist in provision the charity also aims to fill these by developing projects that help volunteers and local communities make a difference. Examples of this include Bromsgrove and Redditch Open Spaces and ourBURT community minibusacross Bromsgrove District which helps people with mobility issues or no other means of transport.
