Bryans Salads Ltd - A family business with family values. Bryans Salads Ltd is a third generation family business based in the rural moss lands in Tarleton, Lancashire. Although we predominantly specialise in washed, ready to eat sliced lettuce and salad leaf, we also produce high quality ready to cook vegetable packs, salad bowls with or without added protein and vegetables for the catering and food service industry among others. The Bryans family have been based on the same site for nearly 60 years, intiially as a farming enterprise. Bryans Salads Ltd has been in operation for over 20 years, the business has experienced exponential growth recently culminating in the recent expansion of the passionate team the Bryans family have worked hard to create. Our team work 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year to ensure the products that our customers purchase from us are the best that money can buy. Throughout the summer months, we grow the majority of our lettuce within a one-mile radius of our site. This gives us the great advantage of being able to harvest, slice, wash, pack, collate and despatch to our customer within 12 hours. You can't get fresher than that! Forever looking at ways to improve and expand, Bryans Salads Ltd are midway through the next hi-tech expansion. Future plans are always in the front of our mind, our Senior Management Team are dedicated to ensure we stay at the forefront of quality and food safety within the industry.
