In ten years Carly Chant has grown the firm to 25 staff with offices in two states, providing onsite and remote bookkeeping to over 150 delighted clients. BoB aims to change the negative perception of the Australian bookkeeping industry by hiring, training and mentoring her staff to be over-qualified for their accounts and bookkeeping roles. Our bookkeeping team is the Formula 1 pit crew for business - a team of highly skilled individuals working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure clients stay on track, operating at high performance to achieve their financial goals. Founder Carly Chant is passionate about liberating her clients from the daily grind of their business administration, and supporting women in business through her strong network of female business leaders and owners, and providing a flexible workplace for women and return-to-work Mums. Prior to founding Build on Bookkeeping, Carly worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Sydney. Carly has held a job since she was 14 and values every lesson learned along the way. As a Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Director of her own company, Carlys diverse range of skills enables her to support her clients and associates to the very highest of standards.
