Zum Ende des Geschäftsjahres 2016/17 umfasste das Immobilienbestandsportfolio rund 49.500 Wohneinheiten, weitere etwa 10.000 Wohneinheiten befanden sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt in Entwicklung. Auszeichnungen in den Bereichen Projektenwicklung, Nachhaltigkeit und auf dem Finanzmarkt bestätigen das erfolgreiche Handeln der BUWOG Group sowohl am Immobilien- als auch am Kapitalmarkt und repräsentieren die Kompetenz, das Engagement und die Professionalität der insgesamt mehr als 700 Mitarbeiter. Die Aktien der BUWOG AG sind seit Ende April 2014 an den Börsen Wien, Frankfurt und Warschau notiert. The BUWOG Group has been implementing and managing contemporary housing solutions conceptualised around the theme of "happy living" and adapted to people's needs for 66 years in Austria and for several years now in Germany. Today the BUWOG Group's historically developed business model encompasses the three business areas of Asset Management (sustainable leasing and portfolio management), Property Sales (the profitable sale of units and portfolio properties) and Property Development (the planning and construction of new buildings with a focus on Vienna, Berlin and Hamburg) and consequently covers the entire value chain in the residential sector. At the end of the 2016/17 financial year the property portfolio included around 49,500 residential units with another approximately 10,000 units in development at that time. Awards in the areas of project development, sustainability and on the financial market are a testament to the BUWOG Group's successful activity on the property and capital market and represent the competence, commitment and professionalism of its more than 700 employees. The shares of BUWOG AG have been listed on the Vienna, Frankfurt and Warsaw stock exchanges since the end of April 2014.
