The focus of Bysonder Recruitment is to support (young) professionals in their search for job opportunities (abroad) and to support companies in finding the right talent/ professional. We are not gathered by any boarders, but we just want to find the right talent with the skills and competences the company needs. If we can't find them in the Netherlands, we will search abroad. Off course they should speak and write English on an advanced level. Dutch language skills can be trained. Our expertises are European recruitment, recruiting knowledge workers from outside Europe and recruiting international students. Our mission is to assist organizations to find the right talent to help them grow and become more successful. Sourcing and recruiting "hard to find"​ specialized talent for companies and organizations that know specifically what they need and want. Founded in 2013 we have helped a lot of internationals as well as Dutch people find a new job in the Netherlands.
