Caddy Storage was established in 1986 and has since been on the rise to become one of Australias largest manufacturers and suppliers of commercial vehicle storage systems and vehicle accessories. Initially starting out in the family garage, the company rapidly succeeded with the innovative storage solutions it had to offer and soon moved to a larger premise to allow the business to grow. Today, our Sydney headquarters is situated on a 13,310 m² block of land with the office, manufacturing facilities, despatch department and fitting stations covering 8,420 m². Caddy Storage has 8 sister offices around Australia located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, with each store having their own showroom and fitting facilities. Through our interstate stores and a large distributor network of over 100 outlets, we have the ability to distribute and install our products to a vast majority of Australia and New Zealand. With the demand for tradespeople to have well-organized work vehicles with maximum cargo space, the initial purpose of Caddy Storage was to manufacture and install shelving systems only. However, it soon became apparent that many customers had requirements for additional trade accessories so the company progressed to the development of a range of new products. As the company grew, the development and distribution of cargo barriers began in 1993, which are now manufactured on a large scale for the majority of new vehicles, built and fitted for strength and most being tested to Australian Standards specifications. Caddy Storage also became a distributor of Alpha ute canopies and accessories in 2006, importing canopies for exclusive distribution through our established customer network. Through consistent acquisitions in state of the art machinery in our manufacturing plant and the newest 3D technology to design our products, we ensure that our goods are of the highest quality and appealing to the eye. With the recent upgrade of our machinery, we have the ability to produce fully customized solutions for a range of trades. New projects are constantly in development as Caddy Storage maintains its position at the forefront of this unique market.
