California Commercial Asphalt, LLC was formed in 2005 as a joint venture between California Commercial Asphalt Corporation and Hanson Aggregates, currently part of the Lehigh Hanson Heidelberg Cement Group. Prior to that, California Commercial Asphalt Corporation was a standalone producer in business for over 20 years. Joining forces with Hanson, a leading rock producer, increased our capacity and allowed us to better support our customers. CCA's success in the market is reflective of its strong leadership team.
