The California Data Collaborative (CaDC) networks water professionals to design and build the data infrastructure and analytic tools that strengthen water planning. Our collaboration’s efforts chart the course for a water industry inspired and empowered to make informed, data-driven decisions responsive to tomorrow’s water needs. Governed by water agencies and powered by technologists, the CaDC delivers a data-sharing platform and a growing suite of water-management tools that encode the full story of our members’ water. In addition to recording where water goes, when, and how efficiently, we measure the previously invisible equity and sustainability dimensions that result from policies and programs.
