Caliper Contracting Services

Formed in equal parts of necessity and desire, our commitment to providing construction contracting services second to none is what drives us day in and day out. We are a family-owned construction company, delivering a seamless construction related process for all shareholders. Serving as an integral part of the team, we provide value from day one and ensure a quality project on-time and within the budget. From our name to our processes, everything is thought out in order to measure what counts. An epiphany ... That's how it all started. Art, our Managing Director, turned 40 years old in 2015. Prior to that, Lisa, our Fearless Leader, started working for the same construction company as Art and witnessed the madness firsthand for the first time. For their entire existence together, she heard the stories, endured the long hours and put up with it all. She was really seeing the dedication and commitment it took to be successful in the construction industry and knew that together they could create a foundation for success. KNOWLEDGE OF THE BIG CONTRACTORS, BUT COST OF THE SMALL ONES Our team has extensive experience working with the large contractors in Central Texas so we are familiar with the process. Rest assured that your project is being handled by a team that has worked on multi-million dollar projects. We are not a small "back of the truck" contractor looking to grow with experience. We have been through the trenches on some of the most difficult projects, handling all aspects of the project and completing them successfully. What we stand for is all in the name ... C ... This also relates to our Why's of Camila and Cruz Serna. Through and through, we are a family owned business that wants to take care of you like family.
