Camp Fire Alabama

Camp Fires promise is to provide our youth the opportunity to find their spark, lift their voice, and discover who they are. Using cutting-edge youth development methodologies, Camp Fire helps children, youth, and teens learn and practice the skills necessary for healthy and productive lives. The results of this work include increased academic engagement and performance, decreased risky and antisocial behaviors, and increased service to their communities. Young people tell us they want to shape the world, and Camp Fire helps them learn to do just that. About Camp Fire Alabama Serves 11,000+ children, youth, and families annually in central Alabama. Programs are research-based, delivered where children, youth, and families are via in-school time, environmental and camp, and service, leadership, and volunteer programs. Builds youth and adult relationships. Engages the entire family. Is inclusive-everyone is welcome at Camp Fire. Is led by caring, professionally trained adults. Supports youth developing skills now.
