Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited ("BAY”) has reached an agreement to acquire 99.1% of the shares of Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited (“CNS”) from Nomura Asia Investment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“NAIS”) on 30 June 2022. On 7 March 2023, BAY has already completed the acquisition of business through the purchase of 99.1% of the share capital of Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited (“CNS”) from Nomura Asia Investment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“NAIS”) under approvals by the Bank of Thailand ("BOT”) and other relevant regulatory agencies. As a result, CNS is rebranded to Krungsri Capital Securities Public Company Limited (KCS) and becomes a subsidiary of Krungsri Group. KCS standing engages in securities business, mainly in securities brokerage business, derivatives brokerage business, financial advisory business, underwriting business, fixed income trading business, securities borrowing and lending business, and selling agent business.
