This includes office clearances, domestic clearances, WEEE collection, hazardous waste, garden clearance. Capital waste is an alternative to skip hire. When hiring a skip you will usually need to obtain a permit issued by your local council and also reserve a parking place. This will cost you extra money and takes time to arrange. However if the skip is required for a building site it will take up unnecessary space, which can be used for materials, work space etc. When ordering a skip it’s difficult to be sure what size you will need. Rates for a skip are fixed regardless of how much you fill them up, so if you only fill up say ½ of the skip you will still usually have to pay the full rate. The cost of hiring a skip will not include any labour, therefore you will have the hassle of filling it up yourself or have the extra overhead of paying someone else to do it for you. If required, Capital Waste will not only take away your waste after it has been removed, but we will also remove it for you i.e. from void properties, office refurbishments, general building rip outs etc. Therefore reducing your overall overhead costs significantly.
