Our Core Competencies are as follows- Diazotisation Chlorination Amidation Esterification Agitated Thin Film Evaporation (ATFE)- A process that CaPL routinely carries out for the distillation of heat sensitive products. This unit is capable of rates ranging from 75-200 kg/hour and vacuums as high as 0.3mmHg. High Vacuum Distillation- SS316 vessels with various configurations of packed columns. Centrifugation Milling/Bead milling CaPL is committed to excellence by providing quality of the highest standards. A robust documentation systems that facilitates complete traceability of finished goods, ensuring quality through multiple unit processes. The group consists of members from QC, QA, RnD, Production and the Directors who meet once in two months to discuss the following: Production Campaign Planning Review of Production Outputs, Yields and Recoveries Review of Delivery and Quality Performance Review of Maintenance Reports Review of Deviations and CAPAs Review of Safety Issues Process Improvements  Revision of prescriptions and operating procedures through formal Document Control Procedures CaPL's QMS is in line with the ISO9001:2008 framework and have been fully audited by our European customers.
