Our facility is located in Capua, near Naples, Italy and has a total fermentation capacity of about 1400 m3 which is spread over two separate fermentation areas. Our commercial scale downstream processing capabilities include a large diversity of unit operations in several separated plants capable of handling multiple projects in parallel. Recently, we have significantly expanded our spray-drying capabilities, up to pharma API grade and we opened a new laboratory facility that further strengthens our ability to conduct lab and pilot-scale activities for customized product and process development. For more than 50 years, we have built a track record based on our extensive experience in working with a variety of bacterial, yeast and fungal systems. We offer our development and manufacturing services from lab (2-15 L), to pilot (3m3) to industrial scale (3m3-100m3). We have dedicated areas for pharmaceutical manufacturing and food-grade manufacturing and comply to cGMP (FDA and EMA approved), Food (FSSC 22000) and ISO standards (14001).
