We are a charity that empowers people of all ages to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to move forward in education, training and employment. We're passionate about driving inclusion and social mobility. We support young people and adults through person-centred careers information, advice and guidance. We work in schools, in the community and in the criminal justice sector. We train careers information, advice and guidance professionals, and undertake research to influence impactful change. We also support businesses and individuals facing redundancy situations. We believe in evidence-based solutions to make lasting change, and we place the voices of the people we support at the heart of what we do.
