Career coaching, which involves forming a powerful alliance around a realistic plan with practical steps and clear accountability, is an approach we use to help our clients achieve their goals. We have found career coaching especially helpful to clients during a job search. When you are overwhelmed, anxious and feeling stuck in your struggles, therapy can help you clarify what is happening and why. You and your therapist will work together to identify potential obstacles to a fulfilling life and career, explore ways to manage challenges, and develop a viable plan to move forward.
