CARICAD is a regional intergovernmental organisation specialising in transforming and modernising the Public Sector of Caribbean states. Located in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados, CARICAD was established in 1980 by an Agreement among Caribbean Community (CARICOM) governments. Over the past 25 years, many Member States have recorded significant improvements in their public administrations and delivery of service as a direct result of CARICAD’s in-country introduction of modern management systems and processes.
