After years of working within the IT-consultancy business, it became clear to us that acting as resource pools, with fixed length contracts, was not beneficial to the customers. We felt that by helping to define and execute tight plans, we could provide more value. A project needs to have a set due date and clear goals towards which one can work, to assure that all parties are satisfied. Carmine Studios was founded upon these principles. We’re a small and tight-knit team of curious designers and developers that love to solve problems and work with different industries and people. The primary attribute we look for when hiring people, more so than years of experience, is curiosity. Being consultants allows us to work with different industries and learn from great teams and we want people who seize that opportunity.
