CKT&F was established in 1994 in Long Beach, California and specializes in professional liability defense. We have since opened an office in San Diego and combined with Long Beach, we have over 40 attorneys whose range of expertise includes business litigation, health care law, legal malpractice defense, product liability, contract disputes, employment law, and managed care issues. Five of our partners are members of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, with a combined total of over 450 trials among them. Many of our members are also recognized as experts in the legal field and have both published and lectured to lawyers, health care professionals and members of the insurance industry.
