Catholic Network Australia (CNA) was established by the Australian Bishops for the purposes of procuring, conducting and managing a contemporary, secure, private information technology network and providing other associated communications services for the benefit of the Catholic community in Australia. The Australian Bishops' vision for CNA is that it will become a Whole of Church network with sub-networks being established for each Church sector as they join CNA. The Catholic education sector representing over 1600 Catholic primary and secondary education sites across 28 dioceses is the first Church sector to connect to CNA.
