CatRock Ventures is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit community-based organization whose goal is to reach, inspire, and empower the next generation of environmental, community, and business leaders from underserved communities. CatRock Ventures'​ mission is to invest in Bronx youth by providing transformative outdoor experiences, community service learning opportunities and academic support to encourage underserved teenagers to: -Foster a personal connection to the outdoors and a commitment to environmental stewardship; -Adopt a healthy lifestyle that is physically, emotionally and mentally balanced; -Become empowered, confident and prepared to make a difference in their own communities; Realize their leadership potential and develop their abilities to both responsibly lead and effectively work in teams; -Stay on course to receive their high school diplomas and take advantage of the many college and career opportunities available to them.
