CBK Power Company Limited is a hydroelectric power company which manages three (3) power plants, namely Caliraya Hydroelectric Plant, Botocan Hydroelectric Plant, and Kalayaan Pumped Storage Power Plant of National Power Corporation (NPC) under the Build-Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer (BROT) scheme of the Philippine Government. CBKPCL officially took over the management of the complex on May 7, 2001.
