CeMIA SA is a spinoff company from the Department of Immunology & Histocompatibility, Faculty of Medicine, University of Thessaly, Greece. It received funding for its instigation under the action Creation-support of new innovative knowledge intensive firms of the Operational Program Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship in 2011. CeMIA capitalizes on the results of the research activities of the University of Thessaly and aims to fill a major gap in the Greek and South Eastern European market of cellular and molecular immunobiological services.
