Centers for Dialysis Care is an independent, regional provider of dialysis services to individuals with kidney failure. CDC facilities are located throughout Northeast Ohio including the greater metropolitan Cleveland area, Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties. Our mission is to lead in the treatment of all patients with kidney disease through the delivery of comprehensive dialysis care, dialysis related services, research, and education with unsurpassed skill and leading edge technology. As part of the fulfillment of that mission, we are proud to offer creative arts therapy services to our patients. Our art and music therapists serve the psycho-social needs of our patients with end-stage renal disease as they adjust to and cope with life on dialysis.
