Our mission is to enrich peoples lives by introducing them to Peruvian culture. After a successful 15-year career in hospitality, music, entertainment and events, our founder Martin Morales began creating supper clubs and pop ups that eventually led to the opening of Ceviche Soho in 2012. Our pioneering restaurant became the first of its kind in the UK and introduced Peruvian cuisine to London and to many chefs, cooks and diners around the world. Today we have six beautiful restaurants within two distinct brands: Ceviche and Andina. Ceviche focuses on the dishes of Perus coast and its capital Lima, while Andina celebrates on the ancient cooking the Peruvian Andes. Our Michelin-Guide listed restaurants are just the starting point: we also have a catering and events company; an art gallery at our Old St restaurant showcasing Perus top 50 contemporary artists; Tigers Milk Records, a music company releasing cutting edge Peruvian music; and we support the Amantani and Action Against Hunger charities, as well as playing an active role in sustainability and social welfare within our community. But, of course, it does all come back to utterly delicious food. Our teams use the very best ingredients to make seasonal ceviches, hearty vegan stews, steak dishes like lomo saltado and the best cocktails in town. And because a meal is about more than what youre eating and drinking, our food is served in a fun, laid-back atmosphere with great music.
