Charity Mentors offers pro bono, short-term strategic mentoring to charities. It was launched in Oxfordshire at the beginning of May 2013 and has worked with over 200 different non-profits in Oxfordshire since it began. Its aim is to support leaders and managers of charities and social enterprises so that they can improve the all-round performance of services. Mentors work with charities on issues affecting the long-term future of the organisation. They give charity leaders the opportunity to step-back so that they can clarify their thinking, focus on what is important (and put aside what is less important) and plan for the future.
