At Chick-fil-A Cascade Park our purpose statement is "We are building a community worth defending by nourishing the whole person on both sides of the counter."​ Food, and chicken in particular, is simply the practical resource we have at our disposal to enter the marketplace. What we do in the marketplace is so much more. People, our community, those we know, and those we don't know yet, are hungrier for honor, dignity, and respect than they are for a chicken sandwich. They desire authentic, genuine connection more than a waffle fry. When we provide the former with the latter then we have arrived at genuine hospitality and remarkable service. The business at large is successful when our people are successful - we see them as individuals and seek to serve each of them in their journey. Each member of our team is valued and adds so much significance to our community through our collective work together nourishing each person we have the privilege to serve.
