China-ASEAN Information Harbor Co., Ltd.

In April 2016, China’s State Council officially approved the Construction Plan of the China-ASEAN Information Harbor, and clearly defined it as a Guangxi-based information hub and information industrial base serving Southwest China and Central South China as well as ASEAN countries. The plan also specified China-ASEAN Information Harbor Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred as CAIH), a joint-stock, market-oriented info-tech company, as a body which is responsible for the establishment and operation of China-ASEAN Information Harbor. China-ASEAN Information Harbor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as CAIH) is officially approved by the State Council of China. CAIH is an enterprise headquartered in both Guangxi and Beijing titled with “China”. It is a state-controlled info-tech platform company which is responsible for the China-ASEAN Information Harbor project construction and operation. 【Business Layout】CAIH focuses on 5 business fields including Digital Industry, Digital Government＆Enterprise, New Generation of Communication Technology, Financial Service and IT Application Innovation Industry.
