We are the caretaker of 12 lakes, 32 active and passive parks, and more than 400 acres of reserved land. The central business district of Victoria sits along Stieger Lake — connecting our community to the beauty of its natural areas. Throughout the year, the community comes together at Bayfront Park along the lake to spend time together during nights full of music, laughs, and a few classic cars. Over the last 10 years, the community has grown over 40%. It has steadily become a sought-after home for both young families and those who are enjoying their second act due to Victoria's easy access to parks, trails, and a walkable downtown.
