Based in Costa Mesa, Civil Works specializes in public works planning and design services for municipal, transportation, and drainage and stormwater, and site civil projects. We work primarily for public clients providing project development from project inception through design and ultimately through construction. Founded in 2005, Civil Works is a certified DBE/WBE/SBE in the State of California. Our staff includes registered civil engineers and certified stormwater designers (QSD/QSPs). Civil Works provides senior-level experience on every project to provide the requisite experience and knowledge to correctly prepare construction documents, assist during bidding and construction, and ultimately deliver a high-quality project on schedule and within budget.
