One that goes way beyond what we want to achieve as a business. It sees all of us being open about our financial needs from the start of every project. Success is then all about what we create together – with a shared sense of purpose and clear expectations. Claritas delivers a range of projects with values from £1-70m across the residential, commercial and education markets. This entails providing design and build, construction management and other bespoke construction services, including off-site solutions, for both public and private customers. To date, Claritas turnover is circa £55 million per annum with a further £30m under construction management.
