Recognising an opportunity for an innovative development company in Sydneys West, DNW Property Group (later renamed Clearstate) was born, with the goal of delighting our customers as they make what could be the largest investment of their lives. We manage projects through acquisition, design development, adherence to government regulation and local planning requirements to construction and land registration. Under the leadership of Director Dean Willemsen, co-founder of successful construction company Prime Build, General Manager Steve Barlow and the Leadership team of Maurice Fitzpatrick, Nicole Dennis, Tim Wrate, Chantze Baker and Chris Moulang (each thought leaders in their respective disciplines), Clearstate is forging a solid portfolio of projects across North and South West Sydney and Victoria.
