Clever Octopus

Clever Octopus Inc. is a non profit organization located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our mission is to foster creativity and environmental awareness through the collecting, selling, distributing, and using discarded, unwanted, and excess materials in programs for science, technology, engineering, art, and math in Utah. We do this through our: -Clever Octopus Creative Reuse Center where we collect reusable materials from businesses and community members. We sell donated materials for 50-90% off of retail. We offer classes and workshops on site to children and adults, where they learn to rethink, refuse, reduce, reuse, repair, and recycle to make new things. -Octopod Outreach where we bring educational programming to schools, city and county libraries, community education, adult care facilities, residential treatment centers, neighborhood gatherings, and community events.
