Climate Modification System, LLC was founded in January 2009 by Jerry Palmer, a licensed architect, builder, and inventor, and the CEO of Palmer Architects, LTD, of Scottsdale, Arizona. Our company is currently performing R&D on a patented hybrid cooling system called the Climate Modification System (CMS). R&D activities are being implemented through the installation of CMS on a prototype home in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. We are currently working with leaders in the emerging green industry to bring our product to market.
