Clovis Research is a business and engineering consulting company comprised of a team of full and part-time engineers. We help companies ideate, design and build products, and obtain patents (IP), as well as providing creative solutions for market research, marketing, sales, manufacturing and installation. We specialize in end-to-end turn-key solutions. Our goal is to provide valuable engineering consulting and product design with integrity and excellence. We specialize in design projects from concept to product release and have experience working in fields requiring a high degree of confidentiality. We are flexible and able to specialize and customize our work to many different types of projects. Since 2005 weve helped companies take a statement of 'needs' and generate ideas to solve multi-variate problems, and then turn those ideas into products that are true technological innovations. We have been involved in the development of products and technologies which have provided exceptional value to the marketplace ($40M+). John Vines was personally trained by Anthony Ulwick and his team at Strategyn in Jobs-to-be-Done and the use of Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI). We have also worked in the implementation of the 'Topgrading' framework for worker hiring and deployment.
