Unlike traditional coaching methods, this way of working uses only metaphorical images. This is the greatest strength of this method, although it is used only by the most daring coaches. More and more frequently I meet managers who are struggling with low self-esteem, uncertainty, fears, excessive burden by themselves. Under the pressure of responsibility, influence and prestige of the position, they conceal these feelings, they cannot express them. In Clean Coaching they do not have to name their fears: their metaphorical reflection allows to keep them anonymous, hidden in the form of comparisons, projections, images. And despite the fact that during the whole coaching process they remain hidden, this technique allows for a very deep and effective work with them. Clean coaching is a subtle, completely non-invasive method. At the same time, it is extremely deep and strong, although the basic tools of work are the vivid imagination and crayons.
