From the all-California wine list to the architect-designed minimalist space, and dedication to approachable wine education - Coast and Valley is your New York portal to experiencing a refreshingly laid-back, California-inspired wine tasting and dining experience (without leaving the East Coast). The entire list of 100+ owner-curated wines is available by the flight, glass or bottle, providing a unique "choose your own adventure" approach, and allowing you to taste through the best of what the golden state has to offer. And the simple seasonal menu features crave-worthy dishes (including the much talked about poached chicken) - all of which were designed to complement the wines. The team will soon be offering wine education workshops, pop-up dining collaborations, winemaker dinners and more!
