Coast Community Connections

Coast Community Connections is a community-based not-for-profit organisation delivering high quality services and programs to various disadvantaged groups across the Central Coast. With almost 100 employees, Coast Community Connections provides a diverse range of services from childcare, youth and community programs, through to home care and disability services. The programs and services offered by Coast Community Connections covers a broad spectrum of community services including: - Ageing & Disability services - Childrens services - Evolution Youth services - Gambling counselling services - Community services These programs deliver services and support, as well as providing activities to approximately 6,000 people per month. Coast Community Connection's mission is to offer a broad range of services, programs and activities that strengthen our community, connect people with one another and enable them to lead fulfilling lives. We will work together with you to build a community which is respectful, trusting, participatory, connected and resourceful.
